Studio City Remodel

This quaint two bedroom 1 bath home had all the bones for the master suite addition and renovation we completed in the summer of 2008. We added a master bedroom and bath suite and added an outdoor living space accessible from family room, master suite and the Gym. As a Studio City General Contractor, we strive to keep the existing look and feel of the existing home when we remodel or make additions.

We opened walls to create more open space while maintaining the original cottage details of this Studio City remodel.
		For this remodel, we converted an existing bedroom to a library sitting room and is now an open space in transition to the new master bedroom and bath areas.
The south wall of the master suite addition is all glass doors and windows to the outdoor living space
		His and hers vanities open to the jetted tub for two. The tub window opens to the rear yard garden from this Master Bathroom addition.
White pine floors and spruce ceilings complement the furniture grade vanities and the custom steam room in this Studio City 30's style home.
		A home office computer desk area is tucked in to the corner of the library reading room.
Bleached original oak flooring and new paint renew the original living and dinning rooms of this Studio City home..
		We left the original mill work and cottage style built-ins and added new recessed lighting.
